​I create large-scale drawings using Conté, oil stick, and paint on raw-edged heavy paper. My work usually explores abstract portraiture, examining the delicate balance between the tangible and the ethereal, blending elements of Surrealism, Cubism and Expressionism.

Digital photography is another medium through which I explore portraiture, capturing moments of stillness and movement.
​In some works, I repeatedly use digital self-portraits from multiple angles, constructing perfectly symmetrical and architectural forms to create otherworldly images.
